Clear answers before you order.
Common questions about UK company formation, apostille services and your Apex CAC client account.
Which UK company types can I form?
The guided portal supports a private company limited by shares, a limited liability partnership (LLP), and a company limited by guarantee. The application changes according to the company type you select.
Can I register a company if I live outside the UK?
Yes, the portal accepts customers from all countries. Your country of residence is searchable during signup. The exact formation and address requirements depend on the selected service and company structure.
Which registration jurisdictions are available?
You can choose England and Wales, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. The legal jurisdiction is captured separately from your own country of residence.
How are directors, shareholders, partners and PSC information collected?
The guided application allows you to add multiple people and assign the roles relevant to the company type. Limited companies can include directors, shareholders and PSCs; LLPs support partners and designated members; guarantee companies support directors and guarantors.
Can I upload documents with an apostille order?
Yes. One apostille/legalization order can contain multiple source documents. You can upload the files during the guided application and add further supporting files to the order later if requested.
Why are service options grouped as variations?
We keep one service together and show the relevant processing or service variations inside it. This makes it easier to compare options without browsing duplicate service listings.
When is the math security check shown?
For long applications such as company formation and apostille, the quick math check is shown only at final submission. We do not interrupt every step of the application with repeated CAPTCHA questions.
Where can I see progress after ordering?
Your dashboard shows active orders, customer-visible processing stages, action required items, invoices, documents and messages. Internal operational notes are not shown to customers.
